Deposits

- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be asked at time of booking to secure appointment.

- A £100 non-refundable deposit will be asked at time of booking and securing a wedding day appointment and a £20 non-refundable deposit will be asked to secure the trial booking.

- This amount will be then be deducted off the total amount on the day of the appointment.

- If a deposit hasn’t been paid then there is no guarantee your appointment has been secured.

Cancellation

- all normal bookings are required to give 48 hours notice prior to cancelling

- all wedding booking are required to give 72 hours notice prior to cancelling

- anything less than this will result into losing your deposit

Rebooking: if you need to rebook your appointment, you are more than welcome to do so but please allow 48 hours notice to Inform me, anything less will result into your deposit being lost and another deposit being taken before you can rebook.

Patch Tests and Age restrictions

Some services require a patch test 48hrs prior to your hair service .

I will not be able to carry out your appointment if you haven’t had a patch test prior to your appointment which will result into losing the app slot and your deposit. I will be booking patch tests in prior to your colour service if I know you haven’t had the service done before, but please don’t go ahead and book online if you know you haven’t had a patch test, it could delay your app and loss of deposit.

Most hairdressing services have no legal restrictions however some services I will need to ensure a parent/guardian is present to sign the cons form and/or be present for the service.

Appointment Info

Cutting & blowdrying: All clients hair will need to be washed and wet prior to me starting the service.

Styling, hair up and bridal: All clients hair will need to be clean, dry and smooth.

Colouring services: All clients hair will need to be fairly clean, dry and smooth.

I will allow time to have a thorough consultation with you prior to all services however please be ready and prepared for when I arrive, I will of only allowed a certain time allowance per appointment and travel.
